2015 Pro-MECH Technician Programs• One-day introductory class that provides a high level introduction to Tier 4 emissions control systems, individual components and some

of the issues that these components introduce into maintenance and service of today’s equipment• The training also begins the process of teaching Pro-MECH’s Logical Diagnostics methodology for rapid and accurate diagnostics on

electrical systems• Significant use of and training on digital multi-meter utilization as an essential tool for servicing today’s drive-by-wire equipment• Three online courses and eight hours of instructor-led training

Tier 4 Emissions and Electrical Diagnostics

• Blended learning core program for teaching essential electrical fundamental skills: Volts, Ohms and Amps• Teaches diagnostics skills every technician should have to be an effective contributor to a maintenance operation• Applies significant training and utilization of digital multimeter as the key tool for electrical and electronic diagnostics• Focus Areas: Voltage drop, battery testing, drag testing, back probing, amp draw, charging/starting systems, parasitic draw, wire repair• Seven online courses and 16 hours of instructor-led training

Electrical Fundamentals

• Blended learning program for teaching essential electrical fundamental skills: Pulse Width Modulation, Frequency and Duty Cycle• Teaches diagnostics skills every technician should have to be an effective contributor to a maintenance operation• Applies significant training and utilization of digital multimeter as the key tool for electrical and electronic diagnostics• Focus Areas: cold start system training, relays, sensors and actuators, ECM and logical diagnostics using Pro-MECH designed simulators• Seven online courses and 16 hours of instructor-led training

Electrical/Electronic Systems and Diagnostics

• Technical aspects of current Tier 4 emissions systems and effective diagnostics procedures in a two-day training• PID data analysis (computer hook up) and how to interpret the information coming from the ECM• Electrical and electronic diagnostics utilizing digital multimeter as essential tool for practical application• Logical Diagnostics procedures for efficient and effective repair of equipment

• A blended technical and operational program designed to help company executives and managers understand what are best practices in developing an efficient and effective maintenance operation

• Develop technicians to be able to rapidly diagnose issues on equipment and determine to whom or where the service work needs to be assigned

Triage Specialist

• Educates technicians on the electronic controls and ECM functions for ABS systems• Teaches technicians how to PM, diagnose and repair ABS systems • Demonstrates how to best utilize and maximize OEM software

ABS Systems

• Educate technicians on how air conditioning and refrigeration systems work• Teaches diagnostics skills and servicing procedures for in-cab air conditioning systems• Teaches diagnostics skills and servicing procedures for trailer based refrigeration systems

Air Conditioning Service

• Leverages the skills developed in the Electrical Fundamentals and Electrical Systems and Diagnostics programs and enhances them with a deeper set of training specifically targeted on the starting system
