About Us
We believe in training students to serve on board foreign going ships in the Merchant Navy as Marine Engineers. In this process they become valuable assets of our country. They are taught to be ambassadors of our country and make all of us proud of their hard work, sincerity and devotion to their profession. Our objectives are to produce good assets to promote Indian Marine Engineers around the world.

We have an excellent one year pre-sea course for Graduate Engineers and two years pre-sea course for Diploma Engineers.

The Institute has highly professional and dedicated staff for imparting training in classrooms and in workshops. The institute also has visiting faculty from amongst the best of professionals available in Goa. The faculty have undergone “Training for Trainers” programme of 12-days duration, conducted by the Maritime Training Institute of Shipping Corporation of India, at the Institute’s premises.
Admission Information
Through Online Entrance Examination followed by Interviews, Psychometric Test and Medical Test, an amount of Rs.2000/- for GME and DME candidates is to be paid by the candidate towards online/entrance exam and Psychometric test fee. Above payment can be made at any branch of HDFC Bank by downloading and printing the payment challans given at the end of these Instructions IN DUPLICATE.
