Problem: Student can see results for only one course?

Solution: resetting the MUA table

1. Find the student via SOLVE (https://feedback.brighton.ac.uk/solve)

2. still in SOLVE, check the course code details

3. If there are no transfers involved for the course codes showing, now go to SITS main menu

4. Call up the MUA record for the student via either student number in the MUA code field or username in the MUA Alias field just below

5. Blank out the Stu course join (SCJ) code fieldon the MUA record and store the record

6. Ask the student to try again and remind them to use the right button once they have chosen which course details to view – else you have to do all this again!
