purchases up to $5,000– Eliminates paperwork and potential delays associated with
larger purchases– Reduces administrative costs
• Fewer purchase orders, invoices and checks are required to be processed.

Why get a Procard?Why get a Procard?• Last day to create PBOs – small purchases orders in
Define – April 30th
• UTShare/PeopleSoft – Go-Live – May 1st
– Access will be available on May 13th
• Benefit to departments– No disruption to purchases less than $5,000
• Already have Procard ?– Review/Evaluate credit limit– Complete Card Maintenance Request Form forward to
PTCA by April 1st
• Last day to create PBOs – small purchases orders in Define – April 30th
• UTShare/PeopleSoft – Go-Live – May 1st
