HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE PUDDING

O Ingredients;

1. 1 cup Dutch-processed unsweetened cocoa powder

2. ½ cup cornstarch3. 1 ½ cups sugar4. 1 teaspoon salt5. ½ cup regular non-fat milk6. 2 cups milk7. 2 cups heavy cream8. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract9. Strawberries

O Utensils;

1. Medium sauce pan2. Whisk3. Individual serving dishes or a 1 ½ quart sized serving

dish4. Large bowl

O Steps;

1. First, combine dry ingredients in a large bowl to create instant pudding mix

2. Then, measure out 1 ¾ cups of pudding mix

Add this to a medium sauce pan and store the rest in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

3. Next, pour 2 cups milk and heavy cream into the sauce pan

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, while whisking gently.

4. Next, lower the heat to slimmer

Cook for four additional minutes while continuing to whisk the mixture

5. Next, remove the pot from the heat once pudding has tickened and stir in the vanilla extract

6. Next, use a sieve and pour the mixture through it

Serve in individual dishes or you could use a 1 ½ quart sized serving dish

7. And then, wrap the pudding with plastic wrap

Place in the refrigerator for about four hours so that the pudding can chill and settle
