CAFETERIA/LUNCH PROCEDURES:• All students will line up and walk quietly to the cafeteria as previously stated.• Students that are not buying lunch will break off from the rest of the group in the

cafeteria and walk to their designated seating area.• On the first day, the teacher will walk these students to the table to show them where

to go while the students that are buying lunch remain lined up against the wall.• Students that are buying their lunch will be required to face front and pay attention so

they can move as the line moves. As long as the students are in the cafeteria area, and they are paying attention, they will be allowed to talk to their neighbors.

• The teacher will facilitate this process by standing with the students until they have moved through the line.

• The students will proceed through the food line and get their drink and walk to the table and take an open seat.

• It is important to note, once seated, the students may not stand up for any reason – they must raise their hands and get the teachers attention when they need something.

cafeteria to the end where they will wait in a line for the teacher.• Students will be able to talk during lunch, but talking should be minimal

while waiting in line. As students leave the cafeteria areas to head back to the classroom, there will be no talking allowed.
