CLIP CHART REWARDS AND CONSEQUENCES

•If seen presenting leadership qualities you may receive a mystery motivator from the teacher or a clip up.

•If you are breaking one of the five rules, this will result in a clip down. One clip down is a warning and will be result in 5 minutes of walking at recess.

•If you receive two clip downs you will walk for 10 minutes at recess.

•If you receive three clip downs, you will walk for 15 minutes (the whole recess), parents will be notified, and Mr. Goff or Mr. Sanders will be notified.

•The notification should be signed and returned the next school day.

•There will be a copy of the clip chart in your agenda for recall.

•Point system: Each color on the chart stands for a point (pink-7, purple-6, and so on). It is your responsibility to put your points daily in your agenda. You will be responsible for speaking to your parents about your daily behavior.

Silence (Level 0)

Strike SystemIf the class is talking when asked not to or if we are being too noisy

I will give the class a strike. The strike is a warning to let you all know that you need to either change your voice level or stop talking. The class will be allowed to get up to 5 strikes per day. If the class gets more than 5 strikes, our consequence as a class will be NO RECESS! If we synergize and work together this will never be an issue

• If this procedure is broken, you will be given a warning by our class Line Leader. If you continue to break the procedure you will clip down.

• When in the hallway by yourself, be a leader and walk quietly with your hands at your side and remain at a level 0.
