PROCESS FOR UIDAI CERTIFICATION SIFY EXAMINATION CHALLAN

1. Download Challan Form from website of sify. (http://uidai.sifyitest.com)

2. Merit Trac Testing & Certification Portal

Website for challan–http://uidai.sifyitest.com/challan_download.php

3. Take Printout of challan form.

4. Fill up challan form by candidate with following details:-

Name Mobile No. Date of Birth

Signature (at the place where remit is written) Choose Role Of Post:-

Operator Supervisor Master Trainer Tech Support

4. Submit the challan form in any branch of state bank of India (SBI) with 365/-rupees.

5 Bank provide a challan copy in which challan no. is mentioned

STEP OF ENROLLMENT PROCESS OF CANDITATE

1. Fill up a format with following details:-

Name, Qualification, Mobile No., Date of Birth, Signature N/B – If a candidate already has Aadhaar No. then he/she cannot be

enrolled.

2. Follow all steps of enrollment process means fill all required field of Aadhaar application Like demographic and biometric information.

3. After completion use DOPDF software (after enrollment provide enrollment receiving slip to the candidate.)

4. Export the data packet and send to the CIDR. REGISTRATION PROCESS OF CANDIDATE

1. Open website of sify -http://uidai.sifyitest.com/registration.php

2. Fill up Registration form with following required details:- Enrolment No/UID, Name, DOB, Qualification, Challan No., Branch name of bank, Amount of challan, Email ID of Operator, Photo, Signature, Date of Challan etc. and remaining required field.

N/B:- After completion we click Recheck Button for correctness. If everything is OK/RIGHT then click Submit Button. Sify will provide the user id and password.

(Note your user id and password and Sify send these details to your mail id)

PROCESS SCHEDULED EXAMINATION

1. Login with own user id and password.

2. Click request for test/RE-Test at bottom

3. Select Examination Center, Date and Time slot

4. Click Recheck or Submit Button and take your Admit card

SUMMARY:-

Fee Structure-

1. For new candidate which applied for any post like (Operator, Supervisor, Tech Support, Master Trainer) is 365/-

2. If candidate become Fail he /she again apply .For this challan cost is 200/- for 2nd and 3rd attempt.

CHANCES-

1. A candidate can take only three attempts for certification test within 6 month.

2. If he/she has taken three attempts then he/she will wait for next session.

HOW MANY CERTIFICATION A CANDIDATE CAN TAKE-

Operator can take four certification only-

Supervisor can take three certification only-
