KEYS NEEDED

Most already had necessary keys

IV menu assigned to everyone

FIRST: ORDER IV

Log into OpenVistA CIS

Order tab > IV Fluids

Problem: Physician – couldn’t write orders, so…

FIRST: ORDER IV (ISSUE)

VA Fileman to edit rights

FIRST: ORDER IV (ISSUE SOLVED)

Now we can!

SECOND: VERIFY ORDER

Verify the order

Then we can administer using nurse and BCMA

However… pharmacist: Couldn’t verify orders

Solution? ASSIGN MORE KEYS!
