• Filtering occurs as you type

• Bank of America helped in the process by providing information
• Information was passed on to our users via email• 50 Users a week received brief instructions and a link
to the new system• After 3 weeks, the remaining users were granted
access• Notified our Bank of America Support Team of
changes that needed to be made • Updated Training Materials and Website
