    ST. PAULS SCHOOL & ST. PAULS SCHOOL FOR GIRLS PRODUCTION CONTRACT

    STUDENT-PARENT CONTRACT | Fall 2014

    The Theatre Program at St. Pauls Schools is pleased to offer you a role in the Upper School Production of:

    The Mystery of Edwin Drood

    In accepting my role(s) in the production, I will accept the following responsibilities by initialing each item:

    _____ I will arrive on time and attend all rehearsals for which I am scheduled continuing on Wednesday, September 3,

    2014 through the production strike/debrief on Monday, November 17, 2014.

    *Typically performers will have between 3-5 rehearsals per week and rehearse every day in the last week of the process.

    There will be some Saturday rehearsals as needed. READ THE REHEARSAL SCHEDULE. Make sure you can attend your

    rehearsals. If you miss more than 2 of your scheduled rehearsals, Mrs. Kemmerer will have to make a decision about

    whether you can perform in the play.

    _____ In addition to the above I will be available for all tech rehearsals and performances of the show:

    Tech Rehearsals: Oct. 25 & Nov. 1 (12:00-4:00 PM) Nov. 3-5 (3:30-8:30 PM)

    Performance Dates: Nov. 6-8 & 14-15

    _____I will assist in the strike (clean-up) and debrief/pizza of the on Monday, November 17, 2014, from 3:30-6:30 PM

    _____My parent or I will notify Mrs. Kemmerer personally in case of lateness or absence. Known absences will be

    communicated with Mrs. Kemmerer at least 7 daysprior.

    _____I will come prepared to all rehearsals with rehearsal materials in-hand, as well as meeting all deadlines set by the

    director for learning lines, songs, and movement.

    _____I understand that my script is only to be marked in pencil and agree to return it undamaged and cleared of

    markings on Monday, November 17, 2014

    _____I will maintain a positive and supportive attitude throughout the production. This means that I will keep my focus

    on and off stage, not engage in excessive talking or horseplay, and try new things willingly.
