MegaVac is our most powerful vacuum injector.This Vacuum Injector is designed and manufactured in Sweden. The basic idea of the function is a further development from an old system that has existed since 1986.

Over the years, the systems have evolved and the differences with this system against the origin are noticeable. All changes and de-velopments both inside and outside are significant.

The solutions are simple but still very logical. This system is de-signed to help the technician make the repairs in a quick and easy way, yet providing a high quality final result.

Our windshield repair system gives you the highest possible quali-ty and fast repairs, but for a low cost.

MegaVac is a dual-injector system. It alternates between high vacuum suction to injector. All without having to restart, refill or anything else. The tool is made out of stainless steel for years of service.

The kit is delivered with resin for around 200-250 repairs. Every repair costs less than 0,3€ in resin consumption. The average re-pair time is 5-10 minutes.

Contains the future of UV-curing, UV-Triple + is developed and produced in Sweden.This is the car industry's first UV lamp that comes preprogrammed with 3 different curing programs. Studies at a university has shown that UV-resins should be cured with dynamic effect. Starting with a low effect for the resin to start its bonding process and then end with a high effect to cure it completely. This also adds strength and durability to the cured resin.

• Progressive Program – Slowly increases the effect for the best result. 30 seconds curing.• High-speed program – Max effect for 15 seconds for the fastest curing.• Traditional program – Low effect for 60 seconds.• As a bonus you can also set your own program.

Operates from 5v up to 30v.

It’s made of a Composite plastic developed by Atlas Copco for the mining industry. Tested in a hydraulic press and it can withstand 7000 kilograms of pressure before it brakes.

Our lightweight 12V drill gives the right speed and control to handle the special drill bits needed for glass. Our thin drill bits (0.7 mm) leaves a minimal impression. The result is a clear and durable repair, every time.

When it comes to resins, we include 2 bottles. Pro 2010 is a thin resin, good in low temperatures and can easily get into thin cracks. The other, Pro 2015+, is a rather new and versatile resin that works in almost any weather and type of damage. Cures faster than Pro 2010.

Resins

CrackBond+SKU: SD30104

Our newest addition to our repertoire. Specifically developed for cracks, it flows easily inside tight injuries. Works great for all types of damages and is sure to take over as our go-to resin. Has a great penetration and hardness when cured.

Pro 2015+SKU: SD30103

Our manufacturer spent almost 6 months developing this resin. Its highly versatile and has an ideal blend between viscosity, penetration, clarity and cure time.

Pro 2020SKU: SD30102

A traditional resin that’s been around for many years. Works well in warm-er temperatures (around 30⁰C/85⁰F) and especially for ”Bullseyes”.

Pro 2010SKU: SD30101

A thin resin, works well in low temperatures and penetrates thin cracks. Longer curing time than our other resins.

PitfillerSKU: SD30112

The composition of our Pitfiller is a bit thinner than earlier version. This makes it easier for it to fill the damages and drill holes better than before. The Pitfiller is needed to seal the damage and resin to protect it and the laminate from Chemicals and moisture.

Drill a small dent with our larger drillbit (SKU: SD20402) in the middle of a tight damage or at the end of an crack. Then use the Slide Hammer gently, to open it up. This makes the repair go much faster and the resin has an easier way to flow inside the damage.
