RETURN POLICYAll returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any pavers or retaining wall block product must be returned 30 days from the purchase date due to color lot variations. After 30 days from the date of purchase, pavers will no longer be accepted for returns.

All items must be returned as they were sold. Example pavers sold as a layer or as a full pallet must be returned as a layer or full pallet.

We do no accept partial or opened pallets of natural stone.

There is absolutely no returns of bulk mulch, loam, aggregates, cultured stones or special orders.

If we pick up product to be returned to our location, there is a standard 20% restocking fee as well as a pick-up fee. Pick-up of returned products will be done at Acres Edge's earliest convenience.

All checks must wait 10 days to clear for a cash refund.

DELIVERY FACTS YOU SHOULD KNOWScheduling is never easy, we regret we cannot commit to a time of day. We will do our best to indicate whether your delivery will arrive in the AM or in the PM.

It is not required for you to be present at the time of your delivery. Please provide us with instructions at the time of purchase. Mark the designated item with our delivery cone or a stake and we will do our best to see your needs are met. Please note: we are NOT responsible for product delivered in the wrong spot if not properly marked.

When deciding where you would like materials delivered, please check the area for overhead wires, low tree limbs, etc. Please take into consideration the height requirements of our truck while dumping.

Unless a particular truck size is specified for scheduling purposes, Acres Edge reserves the right to send a different truck; sometimes larger than necessary to complete your order.

With the New England weather, at times, the ground can be too soft for our heavy trucks. Making roads and areas impassable for our trucks that may still be passable for other vehicles such as: cars, pick-up trucks and even garden tractors. For this reason, it is very important to have an alternate delivery area planned.

During time of delivery, Acres Edge will unload product delivered in up to two spots at delivery location.

With fluctuating fuel costs, we reserve the right to assess a fuel surcharge.
