The i-limb™ ultra revolution is an externally powered, multi-articulating prosthetic hand which offers a range of features beyond the functions of the traditional prosthetic hand.

With individually motorized digits and thumb, stall detection and the unique biosim software and mobile app used to control the i-limb ultra revolution, we are proud to present the most versatile prosthetic hand currently available to the global market.

Users can choose from 36 automated grips and gestures to help complete daily tasks. Grips and gestures can then be customized further for precise control.

For enhanced control, users can easily program grip chips™ with any grip or gesture and place in a desired location using a mobile app. Simply holding an i-limb ultra revolution device within close range of a grip chip will activate the programmed feature.

The i-limb ultra revolution offers compliant grip through individually powered digits with stall out ability. A powered rotating thumb in con-junction with a pulsing, enhanced grip (vari-grip), an anti-drop safety feature (auto-grasp) and the wide range of automated grip patterns lead to broad functionality.

Touch Bionics’ i-limb Power Pack is for users who want the ability to easily replace batteries and are offered with or without a switch block.

Battery housing is fabricated on the outside of socket, allowing for easy access.

5.0 i-limb™ digits

i-limb digits is a customized prosthetic device for individuals with partial hand loss or deficiency.

i-limb digits is appropriate for partial hand absence. Suitable candidates present with partial hand loss where the level of loss or deficiency is distal to the wrist and proximal of the metacarpophalangeal joint. Anywhere from one to five digits can be replaced.

The i-limb skin active cover is designed for the i-limb hands and will fully cover the hand. The palm and inner surface of the cover provide some frictional properties for slip resistance when gripping. The back of the glove is smooth to allow the hand to easily move through sleeves of clothing.
