HEIGHT�OF�THE�PLATEThese are the different heights of the mounting plates in order to correctly overlay the door on the side.

LATERAL�DOOR�DISPLACEMENT��F�The front-side corner of the door has a slight lateral displacement. This displacement must be respected in order to open the door. Main factors affecting this displacement are door thickness (g) and distance to the edge (b). See charts in every case.

REQUIRED�NUMBER�OF�HINGES�AND�HOW�TO�ARRANGE� THEM�ON�THE�DOORThe number of hinges required depends on several factors, including the type of hinge, the door’s weight, height and width, etc. For this reason, and given the number of variables, please check the charts for an estimate (next to the diagrams in the catalogue). You are advised to place the upper and lower hinges at least 80 mm from the edges. When dealing with low or particularly wide doors, the distance to the edges must be reduced as much as possible. Main factors are door width and weight. See diagrams as below, for every hinge later. It is advised to locate upper and lower hinge at less than 80 mm from each edge.

FACTORS�TO�CONSIDER�WHEN�CHOOSING�A�HINGE

CONSTANT��K�The door is usually assembled on the side in three different ways (fig. 1, 2, 3). Each of these assemblies has its own constant. This constant is the distance between the arm depth and the corner of the cup with the hinge closed.As shown in the figures, each assembly has its own constant, which is set by the different arm heights.

DISTANCE�TO�THE�EDGE��B�This is the distance from the 35-mm cup hole to the door edge. This value is variable according to the margins for each type of hinge. These margins are specified on the hinge diagrams in the catalogue.

Doors and drawer fronts do not require handles thanks to this device which is available in a variety of options to satisfy different furniture needs. Its assembly could not be easier as it is available in embedded and lay-on fi�ing versions with their equivalent fi�ing bases. The magnetic option, together with our reverse-opening 143 hinge, enables the door to be perfectly closed while minimising the gap between the door and the cabinet. At the same time a simple push allows full door extension. The embedded fi�ing version combined with our MARC runners or with standard hinge opening doors is ideal since it allows maximum 40mm extension.

Simply pressing the actuator (a) permits the upper arm to be passed to

one side or the other, changing the braking action from braking when

closing to braking when opening. In this way the functioning for lift-up

doors and lids is changed to functioning for drop-down doors.

� �Place the support on the wall with the supplied wall plugs and

screws and place the rod on the support.Oval holes allow accurate levelling. It can be horizontally

adjusted by moving the rod along the support. Furthermore, the

gradient may easily be adjusted by just turning the rod.

Fix the support in its definitive position with The other two

wall plugs and screws to avoid the shelf displacing the levelled

position.

Finally, place the shelf in position. This can subsequently be

removed whenever necessary to carry out further adjustments.
