Lamor Seahunter
Pending engine selection, two models of the Lamor Seahunter are available: the Lamor Seahunter 9.9 and the Lamor Sea-hunter 25 SC. The platforms are connect-ed to each other in a row confi guration with quick locking pins. The outboard engine is fi tted with a propeller protec-tion. The platform surfaces have anti-skid material on all fl ooring including top and front.
Each hull is rotomolded thermo plastic (PE) which ensures a durable and low maintenance surface. Moreover, two or more hulls may be connected, side by side, or in length to perform an even longer and wider platform. Each hull can carry 1500 kg (3300 lbs) which is more than three times its own weight. The Lamor Seahunter hulls may be stored on top of each other and are easily trans-ported on trailers, in trucks, containers etc.
The Lamor Seahunter is a multi-
purpose work platform that
consists of two connectable
hulls, a motor and a cargo hull.
The platform is ideal for assist-
ing in skimming and clean-up
operations nearshore, rivers
and lakes.
A Lamor side collector can easily be at-tached to the side of the Seahunter to facilitate and increase effi ciency in oil spill response operations.
The hulls are catamaran shaped which provide a stable work platform for oil recovery operations. The hulls are identical in dimension; the motor hull is equipped with a 9.9 hp or 25 hp outboard engine with a steering console with hy-draulic steering as well as an electric start and trim/tilt of outboard engine.
