Hollow input concentric shaft cycloidal gearboxes designed to accept standard IEC flanged motors. Wide range of powers and ratios at competitive prices.

Advantages of using a cycloidal design over a conventional gear tooth designed box are:

1. Rolling elements ensure high Thermal Efficiency

2. Shock overload protection of 500% as 67% of teeth are in contact at all times

3. Ideal for stop/start operations

4. A wide range of models for every need with reductions 6:1 through 7569:1 in either single or double reduction

This Tramec gearbox is manufactured from high quality aluminium and can be mounted in any one of 12 different positions. These boxes have a hollow output, and can be fitted with a single or double output shaft.

A range of input flanges and motor shaft adaptors are available, allowing direct connection of 56-90 IEC motors.

Torque arms are also available.

Tramec boxes are lubricated for life with synthetic oil.

These little boxes will deliver an amazing amount of torque compared to a standard helical worm box with over 95% efficiency. Low backlash planetary gearboxes to fit most servo or stepper motors in 4 sizes and ratios from 3 to 343:1

For dirty enviroments, low-to-medium speeds, and normal ambients, these inserts feature our proven TRIDENTTM seal. Made up of nitrile material, this triple-lip rubbing seal assures a low coefficient of friction, and it’s seal land maintains full seal contact when misaligned.

High Performance Industrial Motion Control

LinMot linear motors are direct electromagnetic drives. the linear motion is generated without wear, with no intermediary mechanical gearboxes, spindles, or belts. The motor consists of just two parts: the slider and the stator. The slider is made of neodymium magnets, encased in a high-precision stainless steel tube. The stator contains the motor windings, slider bearings, position encoder, and microprocessor circuitry for monitoring motor performance. LinMot’s standard catalogue includes 6 different famillies of motors, with peak forces of between 33 and 1024N.
