Product Highlights
Our Special Event program is designed for both private and public event coverage. Event types include low exposure parties such as weddings and reunions, up to trade shows and sporting competitions and even haunted houses and hay rides. The program meets the needs of a wide variety of insured types including event organizers, participants, vendors and exhibitors.
Our target events are meant to be written on short term, non-renewable policies with the option to write annual renewal policies for insureds that need it. Policies providing coverage for multiple events on non-consecutive days will limit coverage to only the days of the scheduled events. Coverage can also be extended for days used to set up and/or tear down for the event(s) for no additional charge.
Liquor Liability coverage is available for most eligible event types. The coverage must be packaged with an acceptable General Liability exposure to be eligible for consideration. Low minimum premiums make for a very appealing add-on to a strong package product.
The first Additional Insured from the group below is included at no additional charge; each additional one after the first Additional Insured from the group is $50:
• Additional Insured – Managers or Lessors of Premises – CG 20 11
• Additional Insured - Grantor of License – CG 20 36
• Additional Insured – State or Governmental Agency… - Permits or Other Authorizations – CG 20 12
• Additional Insured – Lessor of Leased Equipment – CG 20 28
The Additional Insured forms below are included at no additional charge when needed
• Additional Insured - Church Members and Officers - CG 20 22
• Additional Insured – Users of Golfmobiles – CG 20 08
• Additional Insured – Club Members – CG 20 02
• Additional Insured – Charitable Institutions – CG 20 20
