Starting with Pulse-Eight’s flagship control technology - CEC, this allows any supported TV to send key presses from the original TV remote through the HDBaseT™ link and the matrix will route these messages to the connected source devices.

The range starts with the neo:4 Basic which is as straight forward as you need to just distribute video in the most simple of installs, with 4 HDMI inputs and 4 HDBaseT™ Class B (Lite) outputs. The neo:4 Professional is our flagship 4x4 system with 2 HDMI mirrored outputs and additional HDCP 2.2 support for 4K/Ultra HD video. Our neo range of HDBaseT™ extender sets offer the very best in performance and flexibility. Alongside our HDMI Extenders, our neo HDMI Splitter range is perfect for simple HDMI distribution over shorter distances.

With Extenders we try and keep things simple, instead of hundreds of variants, there are three tiers, each more capable than the last. The neo:Lite Extender Kit, which can extend 4K up to 40 Meters and 1080p to 70 Meters over a single Cat5e/6/7. For those times when 70metres is not quite enough, the neo:Pro Extender Set extends all HDMI 2.0 video up to 4K 60 4:2:0 up to 70meters and 1080p up to 100meters.

EMITTER The grey ended bud is placed over the IR window on the source device. Many of our products feature a matching grey port for easy installation.

RECEIVER The black ended bud is to be placed on the TV's underside, designed especially for a discreet look.

The web interface is easily accessed by visiting www.gotomymatrix.com or via the Android app. The web interface allows the user to switch inputs using a simple drag and drop motion.

THE VIRTUAL REMOTE within the interface and can be accessed even faster using a neo:Tap.

SYSTEM HEALTH on our portal you can gain access to such information as power, connected devices and much more, all while off-site!

TEMPERATURE HISTORY you can see the temperature of the matrix without being on site on a graph showing the temperature trend over a month.

IR ACTIVITY TOOL enables you to see a visual indication that IR is being received at the output end without being in front of the TV.

HDBaseT™ LINK TEST our uniquely designed test allows you to check the cable terminations before leaving the installation.

WARRANTY INFORMATIONBy manufacturing our products ourselves we are confident that we will ship to you the best possible product, free from defects in workmanship and materials and conform to our standard specifications. However, if issues or defects do appear we will work with you to ensure a swift resolution. The entire Pulse-Eight range come with a free standard 3 year warranty as standard, whereby if at any point during the warranty the unit becomes faulty you can return it back to us for repair.
