It is machined to a precision concealed fixed decking profile from a natural hardwood, and is secured with an innovative rust resistant clip which conceals the unsightly screws or nails, making it the ultimate in concealed fixed decking.

PROPLANK BATTEN SYSTEMProplankTM is a concealed fixed linear timber ceiling and wall lining. This system provides the more options than ever including mixed spacing & batten sizing.Cleverly designed & engineered spring steel clips & nylon spacer brackets can be clicked into place according to your specifications, along with the specified material to go into the clips. This system was designed to reduce installation and material costs without compromising the aesthetics of natural timber.

SATINPLANK TIMBER LININGSatinplankTM timber lining is a high quality range of timber lining products which are precision machined from sustainably managed species and beauty of natural timber with minimal maintenance. Comprising of precision machined tongue and groove lining boards and proprietary trim profiles, Mortlock timber lining is milled from genuine timber species such as Jarrah, Spotted Gum, & Pacific Teak. Installed to timber battens with adhesive and stainless brads, Mortlock timber lining has a V-joint secret-nail profile for much faster installation.

19LAMINATED TIMBERS

BURNT ASH• Burnt ash is thermally modified White Ash which is grown in North America and the Balkans.• The thermal modification process darkens the white ash into rich medium to dark chocolate colour.

PACIFIC TEAK• Pale yellowish to creamy grey appearance. Texture is fine and lustrous with an even grain. • Suitable for engineering, general construction, high quality joinery, flooring, decking, windowsills, staircase materials and carving.

JARRAH• Jarrah is a unique Australian hardwood renowned for its versatility.• Its durability and strength make it an ideal timber for a range of structural and design applications, with timbers that display colours ranging from deep red to blonde.

BLACKBUTT• The common name Blackbutt came about due to the tree’s appearance after bushfire, whereby the buttress - or butt was significantly darkened.• Due to its quick growth and versatility, Blackbutt makes a good plantation timber.

SPOTTED GUM• Spotted gum is one of Australia’s premium native hardwoods with a striking appearance and a high degree of natural durability and strength, making it an ideal timber for a variety of structural, exterior and interior applications.

IRONBARK• Red Ironbark is a handsome Australian hardwood that grows readily from Victoria through the western slopes of NSW into southern Queensland. • Red Ironbark heartwood is a deep dark red to red-brown.

VICTORIAN ASH• Victorian ash timber ranges from a pale pink to pale yellow or brownish colour and usually has a straight grain but may also produce fiddleback markings and have visible gum veins. It has a course texture.
