IPPBX system. Each box provides 16 FXS
channels for connecting analog phones and fax
machines to your CooVox IPPBX system as
extensions through your LAN. It enables
analog extensions to have many IP extension
features.
EX16S is not a voice IP gateway, but is in fact superior to a voice IP gateway in that it is more reliable and much easier to work with.
Simple and centralized installation and management
Installing EX16S is a simple “plug-and-play” experience. EX16S should be installed in the same LAN as your CooVox V2 series IPPBX
system, the IPPBX will auto detect the EX16S boxes inside the local LAN and after a few simple configuration steps on the IPPBX, the
GUI the box will be ready to use.

CooVox EX16S is a 16 port FXS module, designed to help SME customers reduce their budget by not having to purchase expensive
replacement IP Phones and instead re-use their existing analog phones. Using a EX16S with CooVox system also avoids setup issues
