This recall involves the SBGA-34 audible base that is affixed to ceiling-mounted smoke detectors in order to sound an alarm when the fire alarm system is activated. The audible base has part number S54370-F13 and date codes 0113 through 2314 in a WWYY format printed on a white label on the back of the unit part affixed to the wall. “MODEL SBGA-34” is printed on a blue label also affixed to the back of the device. The base is off-white and measures about 6 inches in diameter.

HAZARDS

This poses a risk of arcing and eventual catastrophic failure, resulting in fire.

This shut down information is normally found in either the customer documentation or on a label near the inverter. DEFECTS

There may not have been any silicone applied to the internal baffle rivets, which are made of galvanised zinc and may corrode.

HAZARDS

Corrosion of the rivets may result in a loss of internal structural support. If the defect occurs and the tank deforms, it may cause the tank to topple and crush bystanders.

The following set of circumstances may cause the tank to topple over:

• the tank is taller than 1.6m or between 1.3 and 1.6m high but less than 0.87m wide; and

• the tank is located against a solid wall; and

• there is a severe weather event (heavy rainfall and high winds); and

• the tank has rapidly filled with a large volume of water.

The mowers have a black engine control/bail lever, engine shroud and deck with 12-inch rear wheels and a gray cloth clipping bag. The Craftsman logo and "GCV 160" are on the top front of the engine shroud. "Honda" is on the top of the pull cord housing cover. The Craftsman logo is also stamped into the rear discharge chute cover and printed on the sides of the clipping bag. "Dust Blocker" and "EZ Empty Bag" are printed on the top of the clipping bag. The first six numerals of the serial number are the manufacture date in the MMDDYY format. The recalled mowers were manufactured between April 2014 (04xx14) and June 2014 (06xx14). The serial number and model number 384531 are on the data plate on the rear of the mowing deck.
