Minilase Keon™ takes laser marking innovation to

the next level.

A revolutionary, patent-pending design provides users the flexibility to mark both small parts

and large parts. A four-sided collapsible power shroud provides a protected Class 1 marking

configuration. In addition, with password protected control, the system can be switched to a

Class 4 workstation for large or irregular part configurations.

The sliding track system permits the safety shroud to move to the rear of the machine allowing

full access to the large T-slot work surface. The system comes equipped with a laser control rack

and an integrated touch panel interface for laser control. A secondary touch panel display on the

front of the laser system provides constant machine feedback.

Our Vereo™ Fiber Laser offers the latest, most advanced features

Vereo™ features a compact rack mount control unit with a front

Minilase™ Pro SE is so simple, you can train

yourself. Program and create laser marking

files in just a few short minutes with our

video tutorials and software guide. Minilase™

Pro SE runs on Windows XP, 7 and 8

Basic marking file creation is simple with

Minilase™ Pro SE. Quickly create marking files

with text, barcodes, 2D codes and a variety

of graphic formats such as DXF, AI, PLT, Bitmap

The mini and full size rotary devices are utilized

as an accessory with our laser marking systems.

They allow a user to mark text or logos radially

around the diameter of a part.

These rotary tools come standard with a 3-jaw

chuck which allows users to grip on the ID or

OD of a part.

We can also design work holding fixtures to

be used with our rotary tool device, such as

pneumatic clamps, expanding bladder ID

grippers and many other options.

Our rotary devices are available in various

holding sizes and can even be customized to fit

your application.

The Mini Rotary is available with all of our

systems. The Full Size Rotary is available with

A fume extraction system can be paired with

any of our laser marking products to help

remove harmful dust or fumes created by the

laser marking process.

Fume extraction is not only important for

Customers marking plastics, creating deep

engravings or marking anodized or plastic

materials can benefit from the use of fume

extraction.

Programmable Z-Axis

Our Programmable Z-Axis is configured for

our Minilase™ Pro SE software to automatically

adjust the laser focal height. By entering the

appropriate Z-Axis height value in your laser

program, the system will automatically adjust to

this focal height prior to marking. This system

allows operators to minimize setup times when

converting from one part program to another

while simultaneously removing any errors when

setting the proper focal height of the laser.
