About Us

TGraphic, started in Denver Colorado in 2000. TGraphic is a privately owned limited liability corpo ration that designs, builds, implements, and services chemical fluid reactors and chemical reactive processes.

Design, Engineering, Manage and Build We create the tools our clients need to increase profit. TGraphic uses diversity and experience in conjunction with the principles of sound engineering to produce the right reactor for our client’s needs. But a better designed tool is only the first step towards greater profitability. TGraphic has 24 hour technical support and custom maintanance options to ensure that installed reactors and systems will continue to run smoothly and profitably. For analysis of needs, design, implementation, and service; TGraphic is the answer.

Biochemical Processes When chemicals must meet biological requirements, TGraphic LLC can help. TGraphic special izes in processes that drive higher yields for chiral compounds.

Petrochemical Processes In the petrolchemical field, Tgraphic uses proprietary technologies to create “best of breed” equip ment and systems. In the field replacement parts and servicing are always an option.

Specialty Chemical Reactors TGraphic’s flagship product. These reactor systems solve fluid chemical challenges through the use of process intensification and Molecular Manipulation Technology (MMT TM ).

Ionization This process can be achieved with unparalleled efficiency through a TGraphic reactor using electrostatic, ultrasonic, electrodynamic, and other sophisticated energies to create custom ionic fluids or gases.

MMT TM is a molecular manipulation process that allows you to control up to 90% of fundamental chemical reaction variables in a single reactor system.

Our Technology

TGraphic is the exclusive manufacturer of the MMT TM chemical reactor technology. Reactors built using MMT TM are the most versatile and efficient chemical reactors ever conceived. Understanding the basics of the reactor is critical to understanding why TGraphic is the only choice for advanced solutions to chemical processes.

The typical reactor. While it is impossible to give an example of every potential reactor and every needed circumstance for a controlled chemical reaction in industry, all reactors have common traits. A typical reactor is designed to control a reaction through the application of energy and information.

In some cases, this “control” is towards speeding or intensifying a reaction. An analogy of this is cooking food on a stove. A heated pot adds thermal energy to food to cause a change: cooking. In other cases, a reactor may be designed to slow a reaction. An example of this is a refrigerator, which uses energy to remove heat and slow the process of bacterial decay of foods.

In every industry, there is a reactor at work. Most reactors only control one or two energies in a single vessel. With only one or two forms of energy under control, the other energies are, by definition, out of control. The result is inefficiency and wasted expense; this is the normal paradigm in most industries.

Sometimes the cost of achieving increased efficiency in process and reactions is not worth the benefits (the reactions are simple, require little energy, and use inexpensive or readily available components). For many industries, the cost of total control is worth the benefit, but there is no easy or reliable method to achieve control. MMT TM is ripe for these industries because the MMT TM allows for total control of a chemical reaction.

Reactors built using MMT TM are the most versatile and efficient chemical reactors ever conceived.

Our Technology

The MMT TM is a proprietary and revolutionary chemical reactor design that uses “functional fluid” to accelerate chemical reactions. Functional fluid is energetically activated water containing dissolved salts and gases that has enhanced or reduced solvation, surfactant and transport properties. A MMT TM reactor can be engineered to employ a technology known as process intensification to create and utilize nearly any conceivable functional fluid to accelerate and enhance nearly any chemical reaction.

How MMT TM does this. The key to the reactor is the effective use of water. The unique characteristics of water make it the ideal fluid for enhancing chemical reactions. Water can be induced to arrange in order or disorder through the application of various energies. MMT TM manipulates water within a solution with energy to enhance chemical reactions within the solution.

Why is this revolutionary? While simple functional fluid reactors are a reality in foreign industries, nothing else in the world uses water as a catalysis with as much control as the MMT TM reactor. Nothing else in the world is ca pable of controlling the energies of a reaction as completely as aMMT TM reactor.

Nothing else in the world will produce a chemical reaction as quickly, efficiently, and with as much control as a reactor that employs MMT TM .

What MMT TM does.
