Only the finest steel is used to manufacture Zenith Cutter’s collars. Our long lasting collars are commonly used with corrugators and slitters, and we offer many sizes in-stock for presses and partition machines. The standard width is 2” for close set-ups, and we may accommodate 1-1/2” and 1-3/4” widths. Our experienced engineering and research development staff are committed to produce quality industrial knives and blades each and every time.

Zenith Cutter’s slit score knives are made from special, heat-treated steel to provide enduring performance and precision penetration.

Center bevel serrations are furnished as standard, while slide bevel edges can be ground on request. Knives are finished from 4” O.D. to 20” O.D. and the most popular sizes are available from our inventory to assure prompt shipment.

TAB KNIVESZenith Cutter manufactures stitch tab knives for nearly any application. Our high carbon steel-to-steel tab knives supply the optimum cut and durability without premature damage to your anvils. We are pleased to provide our customers innovative pull rolls that are engineered for easy installation and maintenance. Each pull roll is precision machined and knurled to exact specifications to assure proper board specifications and position. This provides accurate printing, slotting, folding, and gluing.

Our unique urethane formulation is able to withstand the harshest applications and extend the duration of anvil covers for maximum wear. Zenith Cutter’s die cutting blankets are manufactured with durable TDI esters for high tear resistance and low resilience. We also offer knuckle type and close bar type design options.

NO-CRUSH WHEELSHigh coefficient friction, excellent impact resistance, maximum flexibility, and superior abrasion resistance are some of the many design advantages of Zenith Cutter’s No-Crush Wheels. Our No-Crush Wheel products are formulated to prevent board movement, avoid crushing of board flutes, and increase wear resistance to reduce machine downtime and inventory costs.
