COSMETICS INDUSTRY
Fanless Systec & Solutions PC systems with industrial components in an IP65 rated stainless steel casing satisfy the hygiene requirements of the food industry – and in particular the dairy processing industry. The systems can be used in damp surroundings and dusty production environments. Cleaning with acid-based cleaning agents is also no problem. The PILOT HMI system and glass keyboards can optionally be provided with a laminated polyester film. This shatter-proof glass front then helps to ensure compliance with the HACCP safety requirements.

The TROLLEY mobile workstation is made entirely of stainless steel in line with GMP-IT guidelines and satisfies the highest standards in the pharma-ceutical, cosmetics and food industry. It is suitable for use in hygienic produc-tion environments, under GMP conditions and in cleanrooms.
The TROLLEY system is scalable and available in a wide variety of configurations.
The TROLLEY LIGHT which can be fitted with a 5-arm base or a trapezoid stand, is an attractive, highly compact mobile workstation.
The TROLLEY COMPACT not only has a spacious front drawer with plenty of room for documents and working utensils, it also permits the integration of a notebook and a label printer.
The TROLLEY MAXI - in Hygienic Design - can be configured as required by the customer.

Machines and installations in production facilities are always being optimized and tailored to new working conditions. Conversion creates the necessity to reorganize and rework the entire set-up. Being mounted on rollers, the TROL-LEY workstation can be moved around as required in the production environ-ment. All TROLLEY systems can optionally be configured with a battery and WLAN for wireless operation. There is no need for complex and expensive HMI system installation and wiring work on walls, ceilings or the floor. The TROLLEY systems are always ready for use wherever they are required.
All TROLLEY systems are of functional industrial design and made of stain-less steel. The TROLLEYs can be combined with various HMI systems of the WAVE and PILOT series and are ready for battery integration. The TROLLEY MAXI and COMPACT are also designed to accommodate a label printer.

The various mounting options, e.g. the height of the stand, can be adapted to customer requirements. To permit simple adaptation of the HMI system monitor height to suit different work situations, we can supply an ergonomic height adjustment option for TROLLEY, floor and ceiling-mounted systems. The entire height adjustment is made of stainless steel and is supported by a gas spring integrated into the telescopic tube.

TROLLEY LIGHT INDUCTIVE
The TROLLEY LIGHT INDUCTIVE in particular satisfies the demand for minimal space requirement coupled with the greatest possible flexibility and modularity. In conjunction with a WLAN data link, an integrated power supply allows full system mobility.
Independent power supply for sustained operation:Integrated batteries permit sustained operation to suit the ambient conditions.
The energy transfer for the charging process of the integrated batteries is carried out inductively. The TROLLEY LIGHT INDUCTIVE is docked on a charging station at the wall, enabling charging and simultaneous operation of the IPC system without cables and plugs. The embedded WLAN allows working without network cables. The compact design requires little space.
The TROLLEY LIGHT INDUCTIVE fulfills the requirements of an IP65 rating. The system is ideal for mobile operation in cleanrooms and environments with strict hygiene requirements.

The TROLLEY MAXI workstation - in Hygienic Design - is the ideal complete system for mobile use. Special seals, fasteners and inside hinges ensure com-pliance with maximum hygiene standards. An integrated ready-to-connect connector plate on the back enables the installation of peripherals (e.g. sca-les) on site, thus saving both time and installation expenses.
The mobile workstation is based on ergonomic principles with easy access to all components. The stainless steel casing with protection rating IP65 is GMP compliant. Optionally the system can be equipped with battery charging technology.

As compared to conventional technology, the WAVE systems with IPS displays offer high brightness and distinct color presentation. An IPS display provides a viewing angle of almost 178° in all directions with almost exactly the same color and contrast. Particularly sharp images are obtained with the PCT multi-touch display with optical bonding.

The CONTROL is ideal for the applications in cleanrooms or areas with increased cleaning and hygiene standards. Rough operating conditions can-not harm it. The CONTROL IPS displays show strong colors with high color accuracy and extremely low viewing angle dependency.
Low mounting depth: With an optional lowered mounting depth of only 40 mm (as a Monitor, Ultra Thin Client or Intel® processor with DC power supply), the CONTROL requires very little space for installation. Mounting can be performed either with threaded bolts on the back or holes on the front.
An optional protective enclosure can be inserted between the cleanroom wall and the fitted panel to ensure that the cleanroom status is maintained even when the panel is removed.
The CONTROL FLUSH-MOUNTED features PCT-Multitouch with optical bonding and thus has a front made entirely of glass. As the HMI system is fitted into the cleanroom wall at the back, the front is completely flush satisfying maximum hygiene and cleaning standards without projecting edges.
The multi-touch screen offers multi-finger gesture control and supports all standard operating systems. The integrated IPS display with a viewing angle of up to 178° is fixed to the touch panel by optical bonding and provides parti-cularly sharp images.

This intelligent, energy-efficient, network-compatible display is an ideal digital room and production status display for use under GMP conditions and in cleanrooms. VIEWSION can display the current room status, including temperature, pressure and humidity. In accordance with GMP requirements, you can display all necessary information regarding the current production and order, the batch number and the cleaning status.
The VIEWSION series is especially developed for use in hygienic areas for GMP conditions and for cleanroom situations. The intelligent displays are easy to integrate into a cleanroom wall. With the flush-mounted version, simple cleaning of the IP65 rated front panel is guaranteed. A magnetic holder permits straightforward, seamless integration of the VIEWSION display. If surface-mounting on a wall is necessary, the optionally available IP65 stainless steel frame guards against the ingress of liquids and dust. The VIEWSION series does not require a fan and is operating silently. A power supply can be directly integrated into the compact casing.
The brilliant, optically bonded, capacitive multi-touch display permits simple, intuitive operation of the VIEWSION. It can be incorporated into a network via Ethernet or WLAN. The data you want can be displayed on the VIEWSION straight from the network, via a browser or through your own application.

GMP-COMPATIBLE HMI SYSTEMS – COMPACT LABORATORY AND CLEANROOM WORKSTATION
The WAVE and PILOT series with their stainless steel housing, rated IP65, are ideal for use as laboratory and cleanroom workstations. Both, the WAVE and the PILOT offer versatile configuration options, from a Monitor to an (Ultra) Thin Client or an IPC with Intel® processor. Depending on the confi-guration of the device, the power connection and the relevant interfaces for connecting additional peripherals are located on the back.
In combination with the space-saving stand the HMI systems of the WAVE and PILOT series are the ideal ergonomic solution for laboratories and cle-anroom areas, where space is limited. The attached torque hinge allows the inclination angle of the devices to be adjusted as required to suit the indivi-dual user.
Operation is possible by touch or using the IP65 rated hygienic keyboard with integrated touch pad. On request, the workstation can also be supplied with a separate IP65 wireless mouse. The functionality of the keyboard has been tested with cleanroom gloves of various thicknesses.

ULTRA THIN CLIENT – LOW COSTS AND LITTLE MAINTENANCEIGEL THIN CLIENT – SIMPLE AND CENTRAL REMOTE ADMINISTRATION
Ultra Thin Client technology turns a monitor into an intelligent Thin Client without the need for a Windows operating system. It provides extremely pow-erful graphics capabilities for access to server systems such as Microsoft TSE (RDP, ICA protocol and VDI) or UNIX/LINUX (VNC protocol). The Ultra Thin Client is integrated into the WAVE/PILOT or CONTROL HMI system.
Only a few clicks are needed to connect the monitor with Ultra Thin Client to the server. The Ultra Thin Client supports USB devices such as keyboard, mouse, scanner, printer, touchscreens, smartcard reader, audio etc. The Ultra Thin Cli-ent administration software permits remote maintenance of the remote clients.
In combination with the Universal Desktop Converter, the IGEL Thin Client represents a fully equivalent alternative to standard thin client hardware. The software is installed as operating system on the WAVE / PILOT or CONTROL HMI system and turns the hardware into a powerful software-based, univer-sally applicable thin client for secure access to a variety of IT infrastructures. The IGEL Thin Client supports WLAN and Bluetooth.

The keyboards are integrated in a high-quality, gap-free stainless steel casing. They are available as desktop, built-in and rack versions – with glass or antiba-cterial membrane surfaces. All of the keyboard versions are easy to clean, optimized for use under clean-room conditions, and meet IP65 standards. The keyboards can be mounted on a WAVE or PILOT with an adjustable torque hinge. The double torque hinge even permits wall or switch cabinet installation.
KEYBOARD TNG/ES COMPACT with a glass surface, mounted on adjustable torque hinge with concealed cabling. By the torque hinge the inclination angle can be adjusted ergonomically by the user. If necessary the keyboard can be inclined downwards completely.

The Systec & Solutions SCANNER BOX: The charging and base stations of barcode scanners are not generally suitable for cleanroom use. Systec & Solutions has therefore developed an easy-to-clean box optimized for clean-room applications: the stainless steel SCANNER BOX.
This was designed to be in accordance with the IP65 rating, offers space and protection for up to four scanners or two multi charging stations, ensuring reliable, convenient cleanroom operation. The door of the SCANNER BOX is provided with a viewing window. Inside there is a compression latch and an additional partition for integration of the power supply units with an opening for cable entry. The back wall is screwed on and can be detached for service purposes. The SCANNER BOX can optionally be supplied with and without charging stations and power supply units.

PRINTER BOXSTAINLESS STEEL VERSION FOR EASY CLEANINGAND SIMPLE INTEGRATION
The Systec & Solutions PRINTER BOX: Label printers are generally not suitable for use in cleanrooms. Systec & Solutions has therefore developed an easy-to-clean box, optimized for cleanroom applications: the stainless steel PRINTER BOX.
This was designed to be in accordance with the IP65 rating, offers space and protection, ensuring reliable, convenient cleanroom operation. The door of the PRINTER BOX for access to the label printer has an additional door for quick access to the printed label as well as a toggle closure. Inside there is a flat-surfaced platform which can be pulled out on a telescopic rail system and a multiple-socket outlet for connection of the printer. A versatile plate on the back for power, USB, RS232 or Ethernet makes the PRINTER BOX suitable for a variety of applications.
