WTG Installation Services andLarge Component Replacement

Our highly motivated, experienced, goal oriented personnel can provide you with end-to-end wind turbine erection services. From creating the necessary lift plans and risk assessments for the erection of the wind turbine towers and installation of nacelles, hubs and blades, all the way to the final electrical hook-up. Having erected over 350 MW and being familiar with technologies ranging from Enercon, Vestas, Goldwind, Fuhrländer, PowerWind and Suzlon, we have everything we need to get any wind turbine up and running in no time.

Our experienced engineers and field technicians are continuously working together to analyse and optimize the wind farm performance. Periodical inspections, failures detection and solving are necessary to lower the downtime, improve availability and maximize the AEP. Our oncall duty teams available 24/7 guarantee a maximum response time of 3 hours for on site interventions.

Our staff attend training programs provided by GE, Vestas, ABB, Danish Wind Power Academy, SKF, ZF Wind, Winergy or BZEE. The experience that we have gained since 2009 and the service provided to more than 450 turbines until now enable us to perform a wide range of services to different turbine types: scheduled maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, trouble shooting, inspections, measurements, analysis. The high quality tools and equipment, as well as our experienced technicians, have a major contribution to our work quality.

Wind Turbine Maintenance

The training provided by BZEE Education Center for Renewable Energy from Husum, Germany and more than 200 blades serviced up to now are the guarantee that the blade inspection and repair services performed by our technicians are in line with the repairing procedures for many types of blades and defects. Suspended platforms or rope access techniques are used to perform various tasks outside the wind turbine.

Rotor Blades Services

The gearbox is one of the most important components of the wind turbine. Regular videoendoscopic inspection can detect defects from the early stages and can help our clients to plan more efficiently the corrective actions, lower the downtime, and improve the overall wind turbine performance. The expertise of our specialists trained by ZF Wind (Hansen Transmission) and Winergy experts can help to have a clear picture of the gearbox condition.

The first private commercial wind farm dispatch center in South-East Europe. Monsson Group operates the security systems, video monitoring and SCADA data via this dispatch. We can operate and monitor more than 1500 MW of renewable energy in this moment. Monsson Operation technicians are monitoring 24/7 the wind farm and PV plants, the electrical equipment of the power transformer stations and connection points and are able to react very fast to any changes in the operational status and take the necessary actions to bring them back to normal operation. More than 150 turbines and 40 photovoltaic power plants (over 700 MW) are monitored from our dispatch center.

Central Dispatch Center

The BZEE Global Training Partnership delivers wind energy skills at 30 locations worldwide and boasts a track record of over 3600 highly qualified wind energy technicians. Currently approx. 1000 skilled company staff per year undergo working-at-heights and rescue training focused on the specific environment of wind turbines.

BZEE offers courses that meet the requirements of specific role profiles. The following courses are offered throughout the Global Training Partnership: Wind Turbine Production Technician, WT Onshore Service Technician, WT Offshore Service Technician, WT Onshore Installer, WT Offshore Installer, Rotorblade Technician. The modularized role profiles feature all relevant Health and Safety training, practical training on full-size machines and components and full documentation. Proof of achieved qualifications is provided by BZEE and GWO certificates.

BZEE South-East Europe, was founded in Romania- Constanta, the pool of Wind Energy for South-East Europe. We have now 1000m² of state of the art training facilities that can hold up to 5 courses at the same time.

Nacelle Aviation Light SystemsState of the art equipment with low maintenance and low power consumption. Installed on most of the wind turbine types, our systems have 5 year warranty and exchange program.

Mid Tower Aviation Light SystemsDo not drill any holes in the tower. Our innovative aviation light magnetic bracket can be mounted after turbine installation and does not need any power supply. Our solar powered light can last up to 3 days with no light and weights no more than 4 kg.

Noise Monitoring SystemsWe have designed an unique multi-point microphone system to determine wind farm noise curves. The system can connect up to 144 microphones via radio link and, based on such measurements, monthly reports can be edited.

Video Monitoring systems for Wind and Solar FarmsSecurity is very important for wind farm and PV plants. We have developed easy to adapt and to install systems compatible with all wind turbines. We have installed such systems in over 600 MW. A 360 degrees overview camera, face detection and state of art technology can be integrated in this type of systems.

Bankable Wind Assessment ReportsBankable wind reports for your wind farm. We have extecuted projects for over 5000 MW in Romania and 35% of the wind farms that are commissioned or under construction. We can deliver energy calculations, Micro siting, noise and shadow maps and our experts use WindSIM, WindPRO and WindFarmer.

Measurement MastsInstallation of 80m, 100m and 125m lattice mast for measurement campaigns and power curve testing. Equipment service, maintenance and online monitoring for these systems. We were one of the first companies to perform such measurements and improved them along the years.

SODAR and remote sensingAQSystems SODAR equipment used for validation of the wind profile in areas where the terrain is not flat and the measured data set can not be fully validated. We can offer service maintenance or can rent such equipment on monthly basis.

We have developed e-forecast.eu online service in 2012. After 4 years of experience in wind energy forecasting, we are now extending our services in solar and weather forecast. Providing services for all renewable energies is now one of our main targets.
