Tyres Carrier

This product is studied, created and manufactured for the bigger tyre producers. It’s a structure with a tubular profi le, and it’s size can vary depending on the features of the product you need to store. The container can be provided with collapsed or removable sides. Several other accessories are available, such as skids and cups for the stacking, or anti-overturning safety elements. The container can be designed and manufactured for any type of tyre.

This container comes in several sizes, each one tailored to a specifi c need. It’s sturdy and can be stacked quickly and easily. Transima took exceptional care during the manufacturing in order to guaran-tee a completely clean and plain interior, without dangerous burrs which can undermine the integrity of the stored product. The pain-ting is made with epoxy power, in order to easy the sliding of fabric. It can be provided with cups or skids for stacking.

Designed to store fabric, this container is available in several sizes, depending on needs. Metalnova developed an important know-how regarding this particular product: exceptional care is observed during the manufacturing, in order to guarantee and interior without dangerous protrusions and with a painting which guarantees and easy sliding of the store products. La superficie viene protetta con verniciatura a polvere, o con eventuale zincatura a caldo. In caso di ordinativi consistenti i pallets od i contenitori, possono venire “personalizzati” con l’impressione, mediante stampaggio, del nome del cliente.

Standard BinsThese bins are exceptionally robust and allow the storage of any kind of material. They’re built with robust metal sheets or with thick welded mesh. The points which suffer the most wear are all soldered. The surface is protected with powder paints or hot-dip galvanization. For hefty orders the pallets and the containers can be customized with the printing of the customer’s company name.

Mesh containerThese containers are made of electronically soldered high-quality net, and are available in various sizes. Several accessories can be provided, such as collapsed doors. The bottom of this containers can be made of electronically soldered mesh, or of high-resistance corrugated sheet metal sheet, or of simple EPAL. A completely collapsed version, which allows for easier and more cost-effective transport, is available.

This is a particular version of the standard mesh container, and is primarily suitable for heavy weights. Made of high-resistance steel and of high-thickness net, it allows the storage and the safe moving of special and heavy-weight materials. It can resist to high temperatures, so it can be used in industrial ovens, or to store materials which come from high-temperature treating. It’s vastly used in the building sector as well.

Articolo studiato per la movimentazione e lo stoccaggio di BIG-BAG. Particolarmente utilizzato nel settore alimentare, può essere adattabile a qualsiasi dimensione. E’ prevista an-che la versione per i BIG-BAG, con apertura a tramoggia infe-riore. Può essere fornito sia in versione zincata che in versio-ne verniciata. Anche in questo caso, è previsto lo studio e la realizzazione del contenitore in base alle specifi che esigenze.

Contenitore ideale per lo stoccaggio e la movimentazione, di rifi uti, sfridi e rottami. Lo svuotamento avviene mediante apertura del fondo, azionabile tramite maniglie. Durante la fase di scarico, l’inforcamento avviene tramite slitte superio-ri. Appositamente studiato per garantire una apertura ed una chiusura facile, comoda e veloce.

This item is designed for the moving and the storage of BIG.BAG. Used primarily in the food sector, it can be adapted to any size. A version for the BIG-BAG with lower underside aperture/closure is available. We can supply this product both in zinc-coated version and in painted version.
