Pakistan Professional Boxing League

I. The Name of the company is Pakistan Professional Boxing League

II. The Registered office of the Company will be situated in Suit # 1, 3rd floor, City

Centre, F-7 Markaz, Zip Code 44000, Islamabad, Pakistan.

III. The objects for which the company is established are as follows :

(a) Promoting and developing professional boxing practice, without any discrimination based on

political, religious, racial, nationality, sex or age.

b) Organization, management, control and support professional boxing activities in collaboration

with the International Association of Boxing Named as WORLD BOXING COUNCIL.

c) Developing and maintaining constant links between the League and the International

Association of Boxing, Boxing County Associations and clubs boxing, sports structures with

legal personality, legal and officially recognized, in a system based on autonomy, responsibility,

trust, transparency , loyalty and cohesion.

d) Organizing and carrying out system to ensure competitive, organizing games for ranking and

matches for the title of champion in professional boxing; League will provide the necessary

objective and competitive ranking system carrying value of the clubs participating athletes by

appointing champions.

e) Organizing international boxing matches, according to legal provisions in force.

f) Support for training and development process of continuous professional boxer, in line with

developments and performance requirements, both nationally and internationally.

g) Ensuring compliance with this Statute, Regulation professional boxing and its rules, the

provisions of the International Association of boxing, and statutes and regulations of specializedinternational organizations.

h) Promoting the spirit of fair play in professional boxing work and banning the use of doping

substances in this sport.

i) Representation and defense of professional boxing, nationally and internationally under

mandate in this regard, the World Boxing Council.

j) Developing collaborative relationships and cooperation with other professional leagues in the

world of boxing and in this respect, providing a striking representation of professional boxing in

sports competitions.

k) Support for League members in difficult situations.

l) Pakistan Professional Boxing League shall not exploit or offend the religious susceptibilities of

the people..

m) The territories to which the objects of Pakistan professional boxing league shall extend are

declared to include whole of Pakistan.
