The advancement in camera technology leading to smaller cameras with their improved ability to shoot Hi Quality stills and video has created a new genre of support systems. In keeping with our dedication to continuous improvement in all that we do, filmcity has designed a no fuss, easy to set up and easier to use shoulder rig. With all the ‘bells and whistles’ needed to satisfy the most demanding professional, it is easy to see why so many customers all over the world use the filmcity Kit. The fact that this kit is priced lower than the competition is also a definite bonus for shooters on the move. Attach 15mm rod adapter to your tripod plate and tighten with help of screw driver. Mount tripod plate on your tripod and tighten to secure.

Insert your camera into cage and tighten it with help of screw driver.

Insert 1/4” allen bolts in all 4 provided threads and tighten using allen key.


Slide in top handle to cage top and tighten it with provided knob to ensure slip free connection. Now insert hot shoe onto the cage and tighten properly.

Insert 2x 300mm female rods into rod adapter and tighten with provided knobs.

Loosen the bolts with help of allen key, adjust the height of the camera set up and after adjusting tighten the bolts.

Insert wire clamp into the side of cage and tighten the screws with help of allen key. Attach your accessories to the hot shoe adapter.

Note: If you have purchased (FC-A7G34-RIG), follow the below steps as well:


Attach straight bracket to back of rail system and secure. Then insert 2 x 300mm rods to it and tighten the knob.

Insert shoulder pad to back of 300mm rods. Then attach counter weight to it, secure properly.

Attach gear ring to camera lens and tighten the screw. Now insert X1 follow focus to front of rails, adjust with gear ring and secure with provided knob.

Insert the french flag in to the matte box and tighten the screws. Using the same approach,

insert the side flags into the (big) slots provided in the hinges and secure with the screws.

Note: If you have purchased (FC-A7G34-kit), follow the below steps as well:


Note: If the french flag (top) remains loose even after tightening the knob you have to slightly tighten the allen bolt as shown in the image.

Insert the filter holders to your matte box as shown below.

Note: For better gripping of filter in filter holder, retighten the filter tray knob to secure the filter properly.

Attach knicker on conversion ring, then screw in the conversion ring on ring holder and tighten the screw to secure as shown.

lens barrel properly and tighten the knot.


Insert 300mm rod to 2x junction rod adapters, attach handles to its end, secure all connec-tions.

You can attach speed crank to follow focus as per your requirement.

WARRANTY We offer a one year warranty for our products from the date of purchase.

We will repair or replace your product, free of charge, in the event of a defect in materials or craftsmanship obtained during normal use or handling based on the user manual. Please note that we will not cover any shipping costs for returning the product to us. If any VAT or import duties are applied to the return, we will also charge these costs to the customer.

The warranty does not include, by the way of example, damage caused by products that we do not supply or from mishandling in transit, accident, misuse, neglect, lack of care of the product , or service by anyone other than our company.

We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the unit or occurring due to any breach of this warranty.

Replacement parts of the product will be provided at nominal cost (covering the cost price of the replacement parts only) to the customers after the Warranty Period has expired. We will cover

the complete cost of sending replacement parts within the warranty period. After that, Nominal cost of the product & Actual shipping cost will be charged.

Do not send the unit to us without first getting a response and getting the approval to send back the item.
