Professional Master in Construction Project Management programme is designed for construction project management professionals with a vision to perceive construction project management as a distinct management role in project oriented organizations. The main purpose of construction project management is to meet the client's need to produce physically functioning construction projects, completed within pre-defined standard of project time, cost and quality
The programme is offered on full time and offshore basis. For the offshore programme, it is a twelve months program with all lectures conducted on weekend in the UTM Kuala Lumpur campus.
The full duration of the programme is 3 semesters (12 months) while the maximum duration of the programme is 6 semesters (24 months)

ACCREDITED BY CIDB MALAYSIAThe programme will be accredited by Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) to develop competent Construction Project Manager tailored to the Construction Industry Competency Standard (CICS).
The programme consists of 15 Learning Packages (LP01 to LP15). At the end of the learning process, student’s performance will be assessed using two assessment methods: Knowledge Assessment (KA) and Performance Assessment (PA).
The programme has been developed with a variety of teaching and learning methods and comprehensive assessment techniques to ensure participants are properly evaluated before being awarded with Master Degree certification.
