Professional services
to registered housing providers & the third sector
Customer led, ethically guided, mutually owned
what we do...
Our core business is the provision of professional housing
services but NWHS also works with a wide variety of
not for profit organisations throughout the country. The
common thread throughout everything we do is a strong
set of principles based upon respect and integrity.
NWHS is an ethical, mutual business and
I strongly believe that it is the principled
manner in which we conduct our day to
day operations that truly sets us apart from
other organisations. In recent years we
have extended our services to various social
enterprises and not for profit businesses who
have benefited from our unique approach and
community led values.
In the face of wide ranging welfare reform
and with public services likely to be reduced
further over the coming years, our members
and the wider housing sector face many
challengers that must be overcome. NWHS,
as a thriving, dynamic and forward thinking
organisation has been able to protect the
interests of our members and will continue
to evolve and adapt in order to secure their
long term independence and future
financial viability.
Our core business will remain within
the housing sector, but by working with
other non-housing enterprises, ties with
communities are forged whilst further
developing a diverse client portfolio.
This allows NWHS to employ a multi-talented
and highly skilled work force which has
the knowledge and ability to overcome the
challenges that lie ahead.
”I look forward to working with
like-minded people who share
our vision and values.“Syed Maqsood, Chief Executive
