than building resilience in the society. Lockdown of cities and countries has accelerated this paranoid feeling. Work from home, paid leave and unpaid leave have alltaken the society to a higher level of phobia surrounding it.TheThe big picture shows that Corona is a deadly combination of all the above but the experts are fighting to eradicate it and make our planet a healthier one.ThereThere are smaller backlashes of Corona yet very important to the economy, if left unattended would become more dangerous to mankind itself. This grey side of the story speaks a crude language called money, livelihood, hunger and poverty. Is the economy trying to save many by sacrificing a fefew or vice-versa?For some people who were mindful only about their pace and position in life, Corona happens to be the speed breaker. ‘Agile Learning’ focuses on the transfer of agile methods of project work such as developing and delivering complex products to learning processes. By using agile software development methods, it proceeds through a design methodology and alternates between learning and doing. The termterm is often used within e-learning and helps individuals progress through a set of learning objects which reflects the thought of ‘giving what is needed, when needed’. This ensures that feedback is continuous to plug in the gaps and respond to changes speedily. Agile learning encourages being open to emplemployees’ opinions and reacting to needs with minimal rules. Take the example of agile learning in a typical classroom scenario; when students’ concerns are heard and listened to and taken seriously, they feel naturally appreciated. So, communication becomes a two-way street bby making learning continuous and promoting more trust and openness. Agile Learning Design is an approach to content development which focuses on speed and flexibility. It is supported by e-learning technologies by developing instructional materials for the purpose of delivery. Instructional designers and content developers focus on accuracy and relrelevance of content to make the sessions more interactive. Hence the course-ware of the instructors such as the power-point presentations must be updated and converted for online consumption. One of the key benefits of agile learning is that it creates knowledge repositories which can bebe accessed by all. The rapid content development involves ample preparations and iterations facilitating template-based reusable components to facilitate speed in learning. Agile learning in higher education encourages learners to prepare content and develop their skills by making the teaching-learningteaching-learning process very competitive and collaborative duly aided by technology. The teachers’ role is that of facilitation and providing project direction. Implementation
