Rod joined Chemical Market Resources in March, 2015. Previously, Rod worked in the chemicals industry for companies suchas TOTAL, Tate & Lyle, Eastman Chemical Company and DSM.

Rod has extensive experience in Business Unit Strategies Development, Product Portfolio Assessment and Optimization,Capital Project Assessments, Technology Assessment, Licensing Strategy Development, R&D Strategies Development andCorporate & Marketing Strategies. Rod takes a holistic approach to bring new product concepts to commercialization. Hisexperience covers evaluations of building block molecules to end use products; assessing feedstock options, technologyoptions and value chain collaborations to gain competitive or advantaged economics for product launches. Rod’s industryexperience includes Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Olefins, Specialty PP Polymers, Base Chemicals and Derivative Chemicalsto Converting Processes & Market Applications.

Gregg Goodnight

VP CMR Development, (BSChE, MSChE, PE)

Gregg joined TZMI’s Houston office in June 2013. For 12 years prior, Gregg worked as a chemicals equity analyst for UBS aspart of the US Equity Research organization, leading the team during the last two years. His area of focus included the analysisof commodity chemicals, including ethylene and derivatives, propylene, commodity plastics, inorganic chemicals (includingTiO2) and others. Gregg’s UBS team covered major US chemical producers including Dow Chemical, DuPont, LyondellBasell,Tronox and other large and mid-cap companies. Prior to UBS, Gregg worked in the chemical industry for 27 years in variousassignments at DuPont, Monsanto, and Solutia.

Gregg holds degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Texas and the University of Pennsylvania and is aregistered engineer in the State of Texas.

Pranav BhupathiConsultant, BS ChE, MS Biotechnology MgmtPranav joined Chemical Market Resources in May, 2011. Pranav has conducted and participated in proprietary consulting

special emphasis on catalysts, processes and product application technology.

Prashanth SabbineniSr. Research Analyst, B. Tech ChE, MS ChEPrashanth joined Chemical Market Resources (CMR) in 2012 and has been actively involved in market analysis and providing

strategic options for products such as polyethylene's, other plastics, C4 & C5 petrochemicals, rubbers, plasticizers, tie-layer

resins, bioplastics, and bio-chemicals. Prashanth has specific experience in identifying applications drivers, growth drivers,

Since joining CMR, Prashanth has assisted a major North American polyethylene producer in planning their new polyethylene

plant; a major petrochemical company in Southeast Asia in planning a petrochemical complex and analyzing their downstream

product portfolio; provided strategic analysis for a global private equity firm evaluating a confidential buyout and assisted a

major Asian petrochemical company in assessing the impact of shale gas on the Asian petrochemical business. He has helped

connect Asian petrochemical companies with North American suppliers of raw materials and he has worked on several

polyethylene-related confidential single client studies.

Shreekanta B. AradhyaSr. Research Analyst, Ph.D. ChE, BS ChEShreekanta joined Chemical Market Resources in June, 2014. Shreekanta has experience as a research analyst with

knowledge of the upstream and downstream petrochemical industry. Shreekanta has conducted polyolefin technology

assessments and developed R&D strategies. He has participated in custom studies involving business/market intelligence and

strategic planning for clients in the polyolefin sector and catalysts. Shreekanta authors CMR’s multi-client report on

polypropylene fibers. Previous to joining CMR, Shreekanta gained his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Missouri University
