School: Kajire Girl High School Region: Voi District, Taita Taveta County, Kenya Kajire Girl High School is located in a rural area of the Voi district. The school is surrounded by bushes and mountains, having good connection to a nerby highway. They closest neighbour is Mwambiti Boy School, with which they often cooperate and organise common workshops. The school has a very good and fast internet connection, though from time to time they face electricity black outs. Company established: January 2013 Business Subject: Marvelous Arts focus on production of home decorations and accessories made of clay, paper, wood or various seeds available at the school compound. From January 2015 they have also been producing fashionable handbags and gift bags. Currently they also offer paintings by a talented student Priscilla, who is leaving school in November 2015. All their products are hand made. Departmets: Secretariat, Financial Department, Marketing Department, Customer Relations, HR Number of members: 11 Out of all 25 training companies, the girls from Marvelous Arts have made the greatest progress at their marketing. In May 2014 they received the award for the first place in the Best Promotional Video Contest, leaving behind also the Slovak student videos. Now they seek to learn how to promote their products online and how to build good relations with their customers. The company has got good documentation and the students learnt how to work within departments. However, the company did not score well at SWOT analysis competition as their output was too general. This may have been a result of lack of knowledge on how to conduct research on their competitors.
