A professional anchor Swati Sharma has taken a step forward by getting into Hindi film industry as she was approached for the lead role in a female oriented film “Overtime” beingproduced and directed by Ajay Yadav. Swati had to struggle in her initial stage, but her previous experience helped in creating a place for her in Bollywood and that’s how she met producer, director Ajay Yadav and bagged the role in “Overtime”. The film stars Swati Sharma,Vijay Raj,Satish Kaushik Yashpal Sharma,Zaakir Hussain and Arzoo Govitrikar.Swati is playing a very challenging and strong role in the film.While shooting on the sets of “OVERTIME” Swati Sharma had to perform a difficult shot with veteran Actor Satish kaushik. But after her performance, Satish Kaushik was shocked to see the debutant act so well. Swati a sweet girl from Delhi started her carrier as a anchor in live shows during her student life, she got success in right beginning and after graduation she got so busy that approximately she was anchoring for live shows of many corporate companies, she anchored for LG, ICICI bank, Idea, Tata, Vodafone, Airtel, Aircell, Sony, Videocon, Samsung, Godrej, Jet Airways, Indian Oil, Birla Tyres, Microsoft and many more. Swati also did anchoring for Bollywood films and tv shows like feature film ‘Housefull’, Zee’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, Pogo Funtakshari, Filmfare Magazine Launch etc.In 2009 Swati came in Mumbai to explore her carrier in business capitol of India, Swati had to struggle in starting but her previous experience helped in creating a place for her in Bollywood and that’s how she met producer, director Ajay Yadav and bagged the role in “Overtime” where she is playing main protagonist. She is also doing two films with writer Masood Mirza which is going to launch very soon.

Swati Sharma, an anchor-turned-actress is gearing up to showcase her talent in producer- director  Ajay Yadav's Overtime.The female-centric subject will spotlight Swati in the lead seat, and the filming of Overtime is in brisk progress at various locations in Mumbai.Swati commenced her career as an anchor, doing live shows for corporate houses even as she completed her college education. Moreover, Swati also highlighted her hosting skills for telly-programmes (Sa Re Ga Ma Pa) and film-events (Housefull).She sashsayed into Mumbai in 2009 to try her luck in business of histrionics. After a brief struggle, Fate handed Swati the opportunity of meeting up with Yadav, who was suitably impressed and handed her the heroine's reins with Overtime.On the anvil are two flicks penned by writer Masood Mirza, that are likely to up the chances of Swati in moviedom, a lot more.
