EXIBITOR’S MANUAL

● Set up will be friday september 23rd. from 10am8pm ● Stands and tables will have to be mounted by friday at 8pm and ready for

the event opening on saturday september 24th. at 9:30am ● Stands are delivered with the basic infrastructure (panelling walls,border

and electric outlet) ● The Company is responsible for the design and decor of the stands and

tables. ● Power output is 220w, should the Company need more, it must be

requested in advance with extra cost TBD ● Stands and tables can not be transferred nor sublet ● No samples nor publicity external to the congress man be distributed ● Only the retained square meters may be used ● No hallways, entrances nor high transit areas may be blocked with furniture

of any kind without previous authorization from the Organizing Committee ● No nailing, painting, adhesive applications nor any kind of covering in walls

and floor of venue are allowed ● Stands, tables and any components of these must be removed at the end of

the event, sunday september 25th. at 2:30pm.Not before. ● It’s strictly mandatory that all stand and tables personnel be present during

their mounting and dismounting as well as during the entire event. ● They must always be correctly identified

● Commercial exhibition will be open on saturday september 24th. from

10:30am2pm and 4:30pm8pm and on sunday september 25th. from

10am2:30pm

● Every exhibitor must be registered in Social Security and have their I.A.E

pertinent to their country. ● No tampered, false nor archeological findings pieces will be sold. Shall the Organizing Committee find any such coins, the said exhibitor responsible for them could be expelled without any right to complain.
