Time to get your “Groove On” on the Square with the exciting Cuba Vida Band, offering an

exciting mix of Latin, Jazz, Funk, Reggae and Salsa. Bringing the most up to date sounds from

Cuba, to the heart of Manchester.

1pm – 3.30pm. Festejar Fling

Flamenco, Salsa and Tango. Here´s your opportunity to learn a few steps and catch a Demo

from the professionals. Whether you´re a toe tapping beginner or a well healed dancer, this

fling offers you the opportunity to get up and DANCE.

5pm – 6pm. Andalus

If Gypsy Kings your thing then Andalus the leading tribute band is the one to make you swing!

6pm – 7:30 Alonso D

The DJ that want to make dance the whole city bringing his unique mix of Spanish Oldschool,

Latin Dance and Commercial House to Albert Square. @alonsodty

7.30pm – 9pm. Calaita Flamenco Son

‘Calaita Flamenco Son’ a 5 piece flamenco band will be bringing bulerias, alegrias and

seguiriyas, as well as contemporary flamenco rumbas to this years Festejar. @CalaitaFlamenco

9pm – 11pm. Andalus, Swing the Square

Guitars and singers will transport you to a Latin Land where you are put into practice the steps

you´ve picked up at the Festejar Fling or simply sit back and enjoy the sounds.
