The Danish Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis is hosting the 44th Nor-dic Coagulation Meeting 2011 in the beautiful city of Aalborg, and we would be very happy to welcome you to this exciting event.

The aim of this meeting is to share and acquire new knowledge and to discuss the exiting advances in this broad and rapidly evolving field, which we all care so much about – and of course also to meet good friends and colleagues.

We have composed an interesting sci-entific programme for you with some of the main researchers from our coun-try. Please see opposite page for the preliminary programme. An important part of the scientific pro-gramme is the poster session, and we are very much looking forward to re-

ceiving your abstract for presentation at our poster session on Friday. There will also be time to visit the large exhibition area and have a talk with our sponsors, colleagues and friends.

Social events: On Thursday May 26th we have planned an honorary lecture and get-together dinner at the Art Gal-lery “Kunsten” Aalborg and on May Friday 27th a special Galla dinner and Dance at the “Røverhulen” in the for-rest of Rold.

Please visit our website www.nord-coag2011.dk for further information regarding the scientific programme, registration and abstract submission, or to visit our sponsors homepages.

Looking forward to welcoming you in Aalborg 2011.
