Progress Report

At the moment, we are very happy with the way our research towards

our chosen brief is going. As our film is a teenage girls life, we feel that we can easily relate to her, which makes the research easier to do as her age

is the same/similar to our ages.

We have decided on an independent institution because we want to do a traditional British film without the

huge Hollywood impact and pressure it would have if a Big Institution.

We have a few ideas of the content of out opening sequence, which

involves the protagonist’s use of social media, in this case Facebook. We have decided on using a voice

over during the opening scene which helps the audience understand

Arabella’s personal life and thoughts.

We are trying to work efficiently so we meet the deadlines and so far we

feel we are a making a progressive start. We aren't rushing the tasks, but are working well together as a

team. So far so good!
