Rural development; Næroset “The Lucky Way” – rural development and new ideas.

Lucky Naeroset is a small but very special place in Hedmark, Norway. There are only1170 inhabitants but they have a very own Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affaires. They have declared this village to be a small "Mini-State" and have a full government. The Department of Fantasy is one of them.

Handbook based on inventory in Latvia and East Sweden of woodland key habitats.

Outcome

• Strengthened knowledge + experience in planning, nature preservation and rural development on regional level. Meet different actors and examples from partner countries.

• Regional cross-sector networks.

• Planning structures + models based on ESDP (European Spatial Development Perspective) adapted for regional use.

• Highlight the practical values of a cross sector approach and raise the awareness of ESDP as a useful tool among different actors on regional level.

• Higher educational level and practical examples of the importance of training as many categories as possible to achieve and maintain a sustainable corporate and regional growth.
