WHAT IS PROGRESSIVE MOVEMENT TECHNOLOGY?

These 3 Progressive Bodyweight Workouts were designed to help you safely and effectively burn fat and build lean muscle at the same time using what I call progressive movement technology.

This workout technology is simple and more effective then you can imagine. The principal is that form, follows, function. This means that the more advanced the exercises and workouts you are able to do the more your body will change without you having to think about it.

The easy way to look at this is: Have you ever seen someone who can run a 5-minute mile who wasn't lean? Or what about someone who could do 20 pull-ups who didn’t have an impressive upper body?

In each of these cases above the performance, dictates the physique. Therefore, when you focus exclusively on performance based goals and getting better at performing harder exercises and workouts your body will change without you having to think about it!

HOW TO USE PROGRESSIVE BODYWEIGHT WORKOUTS

These 3 Progressive Bodyweight Workouts are broken down into 3 different Levels. Each level that much harder then the last.

The best way to use these 3 Progressive Bodyweight Workouts is to print your workout tracker sheet below and follow along to the beginner workout 3-4 days a week. If this workouts is to easy for you then move onto the intermediate workout.

As you progress from the beginner workouts to the advanced workout your body will experience what I talked about before which I call forced adaptation.
