ACS provided design and construction phase
services to fit-out a new appliance and electronics
R & D laboratory.
Key Performance Features:
• The facility includes fit-out of 5,000 square
meter floor for R & D laboratories and offices.
• ACS led architectural and engineering
programming/preliminary design resulting in
completion of a Preliminary Design Report.
This report was used as the basis to solicit
proposals from local Hong Kong, PRC A/E firms
to complete final construction documents.
• Jones, Lang, LaSalle led contractor pre-
qualification short listing, bidding and
construction phase management with ACS’
input to ensure conformance with the design
requirements.
