Concept Design ReportBackground[The background of this design is that rich Ion wants to have a personal living house with an expect to have at least five rooms and six windows. The client also wants a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and play area, etc. SketchUp is used to design this house.]
Design Concept[This house is a two-floor building and it aims to provide a personal living area which has the ability to hold five to ten guests. It contains a working room that enables the owner to work at home. It also contains a room for art and music works. There is enough open area such as a patio for rest. The major material for outside surface is dark blue blocks and the major color type of this building is dark. A lot of glass is also used in this building, in order to provide an open view.]
[This house is located in country side because the idea of this house is to provide a quiet living area. And country side can better fit the glass type rooms to get higher privacy.]
Components of the Project[Ten rooms, including a working room, two bedrooms, two entertainment rooms, a kitchen, a living room, a swimming room, and three bathrooms.
