SAFETY:Crew arrived at 7:00am, Departed at 3pm*SSHO Rob Peddicord:*1st day on site: SSHO spoke to the entire crew about: 1) Site Orientation, 2) AHAs, 3) COVID-19 Orientation and precautions. Alsopassed out Emergency Contact sheets to be filled out*Jonathon Pio's crew began working at the 4-way intersection of Rt 17 N & S, Oak Terrace, and Little Lane; waterline installation,saw cutting*Monitored Traffic Safety setup: In compliance with Plan 13 of DOT Form 817. Certified flaggers used; certs verified.*Performed daily checklist inspections on Daily Report; Crew wearing all required PPE, Trench boxes, ladders being used, Crewalert of surroundings. Safety in compliance with EM 385-1-1, COVID-19 precautions being followed
*Joao Goncalves crew began working in the water tank areas off the back cul-de-sac of Talcott Ridge, clearing and grubbing*All PPE being worn, COVID-19 precautions followed
*Office work: The SSHO began assembling information binders for Site Orientation, Covid-19, AHAs, Initial Vehicle Inspections, andEmergency Contact
