In complete scenario of resource management “efficiency” calculated after comparison between monthly planned scope & achievement is most significant factor affecting overall Resource Management.

Vehicle are important resources as in telecom sector lots of work is done on distant sites.

Following factors are mainly taken in consideration at the time of human resource management,

1) Total scope of work – Depending upon actual scope of work in the attached template man efforts required for installation, commissioning & ATP can be calculated.

2) Man efforts – Man efforts divided in terms of “Man Days” & “Man Month”. Man month means no. of human resources required for a month.

Depending upon level of expertise man efforts calculated for, 2A. Employees on ZTE payroll, 2B. Contract & Outsourced employees, 2C. Chinese employees

Following factors are mainly taken in consideration at the time of vehicle resource management,

1) Total scope of work – Depending upon total scope of work number of

days vehicle required can be calculated in attached format. 2) Vehicle days requirement – From vehicle “Days” calculated it can be

decided whether vehicle is required on daily or monthly basis.
