Prefabrication is carried out in nominal diameters of 1" to

56" and in pressure ranges from 150 to 2,500 lbs.

Special prefabrication of jacketed pipes is also included

Prefabrication of piping systems for realizing projects is

carried out in the central prefabrication in Frankleben

on the basis of free-issued isometrics.

For prefabricating piping systems materials of

following material groups are processed:

general construction steel, boiler plates, cast steel,

fine grained construction steel (e.g. ASTM A106 Gr. B,

ASTM A333 Gr. 6)

high-temperature steel (e.g. ASTM A234 Gr. WP 11,

In the field of piping construction

revamping of split and reformer furnaces, which are

used in the petrochemical and chemical industries, as

well as process furnaces in refineries.

ISOMETRICS


Documentation on site and generating of measured

isometrics by our qualified personnel is carried out on

the basis of project-oriented pipe classes, PID, plant

layouts and issued layout plans.

As basis for generating isometrics, necessary pipe

specifications can be converted into the software from

the plant planning systems.

Submission of isometrics for call for tenders, pur-

chasing of material, assembly or final documentation is

carried out electronically.

Isometrics can be submitted to the clients in various

formats, such as DXF, DGN or DWG.
