Aims: •To make sure the sporting element of the “Spirit Alive” event runs smoothly and is interesting, enjoyable and that all pupils can take part if they wish.

Objectives:•To agree the sporting events to be included in Spirit Alive, trying where possible to include some new and interesting games and activities and those which give the maximum number of pupils opportunity to take part – by 5 July 2010

•To organise all of the sporting events on the day including judging, refereeing, umpiring, scoring, starting races etc – by 9 July 2010
