Manor Springs Project located in themost beautiful wide valleys of theUkrainian Dniper river will be one of thefirst Ukrainian well-planned cottagetownships of premium class. It is locatedapproximately 25 km to south from Kyiv,in the new part of Bolshye Dmitrovichivillage, Obukhov district, the mostattractive residential suburban district ofKyiv city. Upon completion of construction,“Manor Springs” will be an exclusivetownship surrounded by multiple lakes,with public areas, high-quality leisureand entertainment places, and a clubhouse. The development of the townshipwill be effected in stages.
