Manor Springs Project located in themost beautiful wide valleys of theUkrainian Dniper river will be one of thefirst Ukrainian well-planned cottagetownships of premium class. It is locatedapproximately 25 km to south from Kyiv,in the new part of Bolshye Dmitrovichivillage, Obukhov district, the mostattractive residential suburban district ofKyiv city. The plot of 89 hectares is so fara quiet sequestered place, benefittingfrom perfect transport accessibilitydirectly via Novo-Obukhovskayahighway.

As of today:

there is an electric power station atthe land plot ensuring the power of3 MW;

specifications for gas supply areobtained, project for bringing the gaspipeline is drawn up;

project for the site preparation andland reclamation is developed;

detailed area plan and a new masterplan of Bolshye Dmitrovichi village areelaborated.

Upon completion of construction,“Manor Springs” will be an exclusivetownship surrounded by multiple lakes,with public areas, high-quality leisureand entertainment places, and a clubhouse. The development of the townshipwill be effected in stages.
