The ChallengeA leading supplier of small printers, audio components, high-precision machine tools, and precision parts neededto relocate their North American headquarters; not only did they have to move a 16,000 square foot office, theyhad to plan a 46,000 square foot warehouse move. The office move required reusing as much of the existingfurnishings as possible. To accomplish this, they would need professional design, space and furniture planning in addition to office moving services. The warehouse move required the relocation of palletized products, electrical components, forklifts, oversized battery chargers, warehouse shelving and more. In order to execute this correctly,it was critical to select a mover that had experience moving offices and industrial warehouses. In addition, once the old space was vacated there was a need to remove surplus furniture and equipment so the space could be turnedover to the property owner in compliance with lease obligations. Add to that, a last-minute requirement to identify and purchase additional furniture and seating on a tight timeline.
